When booking a time slot at Marham & Shouldham Dog Park all clients (including anyone attending the booking with the client) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings

1. Customers will enter and exit Marham & Shouldham Dog Park within their booked time slot.

2. There will be a gap between bookings to try to prevent two bookings from being in the car park at the same time. Please leave the car park promptly at the end of your session to ensure that this gap remains for the safety of everyone.

3. You will receive the gate code to access information in your confirmation email.

4. It is a condition of hire that all clients clean up after their dog using the bins provided and biodegradable waste bags which will be provided.

5. Card or paypal payment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your slot.

6. The hire charge is correct at the time of booking but may occasionally change.

7. If you arrive late for your booking you must still leave within your time slot.

8. It is the responsibility of the client to check they have received a confirmation email prior to arriving at Marham & Shouldham Dog Park.

9. Please leave Marham & Shouldham Dog Park in a clean and tidy condition.

10. There will be no admittance to Marham & Shouldham Dog Park without a booking.

Cancellations

1. A full refund will only be provided if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the date and time of the booked slot.

2. Marham & Shouldham Park reserves the right to cancel your booking, although every effort will be made not to do this and a full refund or alternative slot will be offered.

Dog Health and Behaviour

1. It is a condition of hire that all dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and worm treatment.

2. Please do not bring dogs with illnesses such as kennel cough or sickness and diarrhoea.

3. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park reserves the right to cease any hire agreements with immediate effect should we deem any dog to be unsuitable due to their behaviour or health condition.

4. Dogs are never to be left unattended in Marham & Shouldham Dog Park.

5. Dogs should not be tethered or tied at any time to any equiptment or fencing whilst within the dog park.

Children

1. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

2. Please do not allow children to climb on the seating, fence, gate or equipment.

3. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any children on the premises.  

​

Water

1. A tap is provided on site, we request you bring your own bowl and take it home with you at the end of the session.

Equipment

1. All play equipment is intended solely for canine purposes.

2. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any canine or human injury caused.

3. Please do not move the position of any equipment

4. Clients agree that the proprietors maintain full control and possession of Marham & Shouldham Dog Park and any equipment supplied at all times. The hire of Marham & Shouldham Dog Park does not constitute any rights over the land.

5. All equipment belongs to Marham & Shouldham Dog Park and must not be removed.

6. Equipment may be added or removed by Marham & Shouldham Dog Park at any time without notice.

Safety

1. Please keep dogs on leads when walking to and from the carpark and ensure Marham & Shouldham Dog Park gate is properly closed before letting your dog off the lead. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the car park.

2. If you arrive early for your time slot please wait in your car outside of the carpark until your booked time slot. Under no circumstance drive into the car park if there is another car already there.

3. Never enter the field if it is in use, please contact Marham & Shouldham Dog Park immediately on 07720850455 if you experience someone staying past their booked time slot or entering the field early.

4. Please always shut the gate on your departure, even if the next client is waiting, this ensures that all clients have booked. Please do not provide access for anyone else.

5. Smoking, open fires and the use of BBQs are not permitted onsite.

6. There are no toilet facilities onsite.

7. We advise all clients to insure their dog for all circumstances including third party liability to cover their period of hire.

8. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park is for the sole use of canine exercise.

9. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any death or injury caused to any persons or damage to their property when onsite. Clients use Marham & Shouldham Dog Park and the car park at their own risk.

10. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any death or injury caused to a persons or dogs or resulting vet bills.

Security

1. Marham & Shouldham Dog Park will endeavour to ensure that the field is secure, with regular checks. 

2. Marham & Shouldham Dog Parkaccepts no responsibility for escaped dogs.

3. The fence is 6 feet high with a wire along the top. Please do not allow dogs to jump up at the fence and gate or dig the ground. If you dog digs a hole please backfill it to prevent an escape route or an injury to others.  

4. Horses and sheep may be visible when in Marham & Shouldham Dog Park.

5. Marham & Shouldham Dog Parkis in a rural location resulting in certain hazards, included but not exclusively wild animal burrows, uneven ground and slippery/muddy conditions in certain weather conditions.

6. CCTV in operation 24/7.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

1. In order to conduct its business activities, it is necessary for Marham & Shouldham Dog Park to act as a data controller with respect to gathering and using the personal data of individuals.

2. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy, and are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

3. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, technical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

4. We do not pass your information on to third party companies.

Marham & Shouldham Dog Park reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
